Sonic Lost World (Announced Game)

Basically this is the new Sonic game that is announced, and yes, SEGA confirmed this is true. Not much details have been given yet but an image and this: Sonic will be a Nintendo only exclusive for a number of years. Apparently they're in some kind of partnership now. So yup, the new Sonic games in the next years will all be 3DS and WiiU only. Also, two new boxed games have been announced for this year. One is Mario and Sonic at the 2014 Olympic games and the third one isn't given. But, judging by the pattern SEGA always releases games... It's more than likely a new Sonic Riders. More info on this game will be revealed on E3. Well, here's the image for Sonic Lost World.



Meh. I still don't feel like getting a WiiU. I'll probably end up getting the recently announced PS4 or the new Xbox even though Sonic won't be on it. Buying a console is bad enough since you have out dated hardware. Now you want me to get a WiiU with seven years old hardware? I mean, I don't hate the WiiU, but other than Sonic there's nothing I can really say that makes me want to buy it.

Yeah same here I have a 360,  a wii, and a 3ds and the 3ds is worth it, as for animal crossing, what the heck's the appeal of it anyways?

I feel you on the wii u, the nsmb series alone and lack of 3rd party has driven me away from them on the wii u side, 3ds however, they are kicking butt. Yeah I plan on getting a ps4, new xbox, oh hellllllll no, microsoft's buisness practices have just driven me insane.
The 3rd game sonic riders, haha, no, it'll be a 3ds exclusive ala rush and rush adventure.

Well, the main appeal would be Nintendo's first party games. My friend has one, I've played Mario U with her. It wasn't very good, but then again that series ( NSMB, only the 2D revival games suck) always is mediocre. The Wii U really needs to be proven with a REAL Mario game or a Metroid, something that will demonstrate the uses of the console and how it can be used. The 3DS was shit at launch, but now its currently my favourite console.

I guess that's cool, maybe if I find an english n64 rom, get dolphin or get it to work for my computer I'll give it a shot, I mean I played a little bit of wild world and got bored.

I used to be SO addicted to Animal Crossing, but then I got addicted to Minecraft and never played Animal Crossing games since.

-Also, new info SEGA gave out in the past hours:
Their contract with Nintendo is a 3 Game deal that will last a year and a half. I honestly expected it to be longer considering how Nintendo's kinda been bragging a bit about having Sonic as an exclusive

Also, about PS4 did you see the awesome 3D Sculpting tool MM is working on Yay, I can finally make pretty 3D sculpts without Zbrush :3 Seriously though, it looks pretty cool. Wonder if it'll be in LBP3.

Marble (LS5) - Thankfully the level style doesn't allow B00ST2WIN. I'll wait until a new Sonic game comes out on PS4 or something to try this out.

@sonicwarrior - I'm actually pretty iffy on a fully 3D Sonic game on 3DS. I mean if the 3DS could handle it fine, but realize Sonic levels are just as demanding as a giant racing game track. And every 3D racing game on the 3DS (SART for example) ended up to be pretty awful in graphics and frame rate. But I'm sure Sonic Team will figure something out.
Either way, it's a much better idea than using the Sonic Generations 3DS and Sonic Rush engine. We were stuck with that gameplay style since like 2005 on DS.

Trailer is BS to me, but I can tell which clip is Wii U or 3DS. Full 3D stages = buy. Parkour = buy. Aparrently Sonic and Eggman work toghether "for the first time" SA2?
