GNU/Linux that is. But anyways WIndows 8 died on me -booted with Blank blue screen of death/BBSOD- so can someone find a way to port it? I have tryed WIne before with Blitzsonic,but it didnt work.

Linux is a completely different code base. It won't work!
Blitz3d does have Linux versions which can be converted into the open source code. but that's up to the people who made blitz sonic engines. (if they know how to use Linux)
