How do I animate a model in 3DS MAX?

Man , there's alot of tutorials on animating. I'd recommend you to take a look on Digital Tutors tutorials. They are awesome, i'm watching their tutorials to learn maya, very useful.
You can learn Zbrush , 3ds max , Maya , and alot of programs!
And i find max simple and funny to animate.

But yeah , the way that Forrest said is the better way to animate.
