WTF is happening to animations

Title says all.
Something wrong happened to animations.
A few day ago I started having this prob'. When I make a new action and set an animation to it it plays the boost animation. I tryed to set old animations and add new ones but it doesn't work wich is weird.
So I need u'r help guys

Guys! The models don't make a difference, it could be a sphere for all that matters. He's having trouble with coding and stuff, so unless you know, don't say that a certain model won't work or something since he needs coding help.
