download the .dll file and put it in gdk folder with the .exe file

Kernel32.dll is one of the core dlls needed for the Windows Operating System to work.
My guesses towards your problem are: 1) Your Windows Operating System does not meet requirements and needs to be upgraded. 2) Your computer's specs do not meet requirements to run. 3) You haven't installed the .NET framework or it is incorrectly installed. 4) You have outdated/missing video drivers.
Question: What is your operating system? Question2: What is your PC's specs?
