Better Poly Count,
Less stupid-looking,
more proportionate,(I dont think i spelled that right)
And Better Modelled Parts and Textures are HD.

Interesting , is this the Unleashed Wii model with more poly count? I mean , is this just the Wii model transformed into a HD one , without custom parts? Because it looks alot like the Colors/UnleashedHD/Generations/Probably every Sonic game after Generations models.

This is like a completely new model. A slight mix between cutscene and gamplay unleashed models. but incredibly well done, nonethelss.

The mouth could be slightly improved. Though, the shoes ( all of it) look almost identical to the gen/unleashed gameplay models' -- very nice job.
