Nah, I had just booted the computer. It just stopped working, and emitted a burning smell.

Did you send it to the company for a new one? We just called the support and submitted a RMA form. Luckily it came with a 3-year warranty. Hopefully they'll be able to replace it... :/

3 years, that's a pretty good deal. Yeah, I got it during some special thing they were doing. If I registered it within 30 days of buying it, they would extend my limited 1-year warranty to a 3-year.

I would make sure that it is only your graphics card, and nothing else. And were you overclocking your graphics card?

@rxf, I had an EVGA GeForce GTX 550 Ti with 2GB of memory. @loopy, I wasn't OC'ing it. It was just an overheat.
