I know it doesn't affect official games, but BGE takes up about 800MB in memory. Half these people who can't play have like, 2GB, and the system itself takes up 1GB just to run other stuff. So you're basically saying that in order to play BGE in its current state, you'd need at least 3GB RAM, a video card somewhere around the lines of an Nvidia GeForce GT220 [only one I could think of] and a decent processor? If so, then it's the video card and RAM I need. I already have a 2.7GHz processor with 1gb RAM and some shitty intel graphics chipset. And surprisingly, I can play BGE at about 12fps. Not bad for me :S In all the videos I have so far on YouTube of BGE I had 3GB of RAM and a Radeon HD 5450 and still got 60fps. And that's not that good of a card. Just having a video card in general is what you need. |

Well I haven't had much time to work on it. I've made out a list even in class what I'm to do with the engine. I've only check off 7 things of a two page list. The only real down time I get with working on it is on the weekends but I usually don't feel like working on it. Too preoccupied with other things on my mind. I'm sure you understand how I feel. But I plan on working on the engine over my ThanksGiving Break. I really wanna release a 2nd demo before my Birthday, thats my goal at least. I have a lot planned out for the engine its just taking me a while to get everything reorganized for my next to do for it. And adding auto adjustment resolution to the options. So to respond I'm working on it when I get the chance to. Its a pain being a one man team since I'm letting Nico work with Oz on his "secret project" so I don't want to bother him with my petty things. I can too be serious if I choose to be. As long as they are reasonable and not acting like an idiot. Could you re-release demo 1 with it working on intel cards? And i do understand that it's a lot to do. (Adding in more stuff) If I remember correctly, TZ said that he would release something by the time Generations came out. Oh my god; how many times are you going to pester TZ about the Intel fix? I hope you realize that the more you ask and beg, the less likely it is to happen.
Just play Generations, and wait patiently.

OK, and just to clarify on my end, I am not begging him to release an intel fix, I was just wondering if he could, and if he can't, then I will understand why. It is not a demand for him to release an intel fix, I was just wondering if he could and if he can't then that is ok, OK?
