All you have to do is set it to whatever+alpha.. Right?

nope, export your stage to b3d. then open the b3d you just exported. look for the textures with transparency, in the properties tab, you'll see "flags" click that and choose alpha (do not remove the color flag)

How do you allign textures on a winding path the way sonic is running?
You know, with your windy valley + ? + ? stage.... Im might make a 3D version.......

It is done by UV mapping the coords of a texture onto a model.
