Generations: Not Excited

Bring on the hate? I dunno, it just doesn't appeal to me. I loved Colors and Unleashed, and certainly liked the Old-School games. Yet, this one doesn't appeal to me in the slightest. It's mainly up because I want to know what people would think that "Your Average Sonic Fan" Isn't excited for the Sonic "Game Of The Year." I've been trying to like the game. Been keeping up with the trailers and whatnot.

I don't know. I just either don't like what they're thinking, or it doesn't appeal to me. Like I said in the beginning, bring on the hate, although I just wanna know what people think.

I suppose I can join in on you too. I mean yeah it looks cool. But I don't like the idea of the whole game being a bunch of reused junk that I've played through before.

I'm just passive about it. I'll play it, I'll enjoy it. But its nothing new and exciting.

acually i wanna play it cause classic sonic will be in modern stages and modern will be in classic stages P.s have only seen sky sanctuary ounce.

i think that it will be the last sonic game.
Classic sonic has an homing attack in the 3ds version(i think that you will get it when you collect all red rings (infinite boost for modern sonic and homing attack for classic sonic )instead of super sonic

Sonic Generation is =/< than Blitz Sonic Engines + Stages
The Community or at least a small part of the community has made more "Insert here" than Sonic Team Ever has. the quality, design, and gameplay may be different but at least Blitz Sonic can be played on nearly any computer

Providing said computers have the right stuff on them.

I mean, my laptop can run BSU Demo 3 fairly decently, getting about 45fps on the Ark stage by Arrow, and Demo 2 can get anything up to 110fps on the test stage [still not good enough ¬_¬]

But anyway, the thread is about Generations, and not my laptop.

I'm looking forward to it, and truth be told, I think this game may be what SEGA needs

That may be true. Gameplay wise tho, this is just Unleashed day+Sonic 4 with different model and no homing attack
