i made a animation but when i started the game the classic model still has it's original animations.i just want to know how you make it work that's all.

Man, I don't know who you are, but I am sick of your lack of capitalization.
Did you rename your animation to "Sonic" and is the file extension .b3d?

Every time i save it inside on the model folder as a .b3d it says memory access violation.

yes the folder is named sonic i replaced the original .b3d with the new.

Then you probably didn't move your animations to the top. (right below the "default pose")
