*Train Crashes* Wait wait, isn't the old 3ds weak? Wouldn't the game lag hard? And im so excited for a release. TIME TO LET THE TRAIN CONTINUE!*Choo-Choo!**Choo-Choo!* True, the old 3DS is ''weak,'' but so is Windows XP on SP2, but that too runs BlitzSonic with less of the filterings that Sonic World seems to specialize in..
That said, I will release the 3DS port with the LS5E2 ''finish''/bugfix patch.

Also,What will LS5E2 come in? 3dsx?Cia?Something Else? And if LS5E2 Launcher replaces the Download Play menu, Wouldn't it be permanant?
Also, This is happening right when i learned how to use sketchup and its also when i made my first stage. How appropriate.

LS5E2's patch will fix all the listed "unfinished" things on the wiki page, along with add in more. Not only fixing Knuckles, but also adding a proper Shadow with his Chaos powers, perhaps? Aside from that, it will be .3dsx for the Homebrew Launcher, and the models themselves will (most likely) need to be converted for use on the 3DS version, although I'll try to make it work with .b3d and .3ds (heh?) model formats.
EDIT: thatguy, (from what I've seen) using FragMotion for stage modeling is a lot easier for exporting to .b3d format, and stage models them self are what makes the boat row. How you make the stage is entirely up to you, even if that means making it in Minecraft and exporting it to be smoothed and converted. This will not replace the Download Play menu, it will boot from within it, if I make it that far. Until then, just making the Homebrew application is plenty on my hands to go with Dreamcast, mobile phone, and Wii ports I'm working on... Patience, would you please? (Who knew Blitz was used for some official apps and games? www.supergerball.com/)

I'm honestly not sure you'd be able to finish the incomplete stuff without the original source code of LS5E2 which only Arrow/SciDust/LinkSonic has .

EDIT: At least, thanks for making me laugh a li'l, there.

Nice work! If this is finished I might comeback to make a stage or something since I like Blitz Sonic's stage creation workflow more than Generations. Just a few questions though: - How does this run on 3DS, as in the framerate? Lost World had some heavy pop in and doesn't even match the graphical fidelity of Blitz Sonic. I'm guessing for stability purposes you should have an option to choose max framerate and draw distances within the XML. - Can you add a first person mode? With Virtual Reality being released later this year to early 2016 we can actually set up pseudo support by just hooking up an outside program. I mean, just zoom in the camera max way and push it in front of his face with a horizontal FOV of 95 (or vertical fov of 63-65). - Is 3DS Hombrew limiting you on how much power you can use for the engine like Wii homebrew? - Do you need anyone to maybe make new art, animate a menu, or make new models? I'm willing to provide that. Anyway, props to ya for going through the effort of doing this whether or not you choose to go through with a 3DS version.

On the 3DS, the lagging only seems to occur in normal times of PC's "Memory Access Violation." Other than that, it's like the DS lite. Too much means it will delete the overflow from first loaded on, thus causing things like parts of the player model to be deleted, one polygon at a time.
First person is, of all things, definitely possible, but not my priority. I'd rather update the engine itself up to "speed" with Sonic World's graphical enhancements.
FOV is modifiable, but I'm not too interested with a small tweak like that in this early stage.
At the moment, I'm trying to dig back up all the externat libraries and put it all back together, since I can't seem to compile anything that will get by Memory Access Violation, but at least I have the debugger (that's part of Blitz3D) to rely on for identifying the problem. Don't expect a release too soon..

If it's really that big of an issue and will take you that long, keep in mind you're not obliged to make it. Just drop the 3DS version if it's that troublesome; LS5E2 runs on toasters with a playable framerate anyway. Also, don't feel you need to rush either.

I won't say to drop the 3ds version outright, though I do think you should focus on what's easier (fixing the game on PC), then worry about the 3ds version after the PC side of things is cleaned up. Plus to be honest there's probably a lot more people wanting to play the game on their PC's than on the 3ds through homebrew software that they are unaware how to use.
