Pretty neat bro. Gotta make the forehead slightly more flat maybe and elongate the nose a bit?

For now the hair was sloppily borrowed from a final fantasy 13 model, but I'll make my own hair later. Here is the model alongside the reference images. I should probably slide the neck forward, and the nose and width of the head could use a little work   |

Super cool, dude. I would say borrowing that hair model is totally cool.
You should darken the sclera and make the iris bigger.
