I made this stage called Raisin Cookie Zone last night and used fragmotion also, but this is what mu results ended up as.

This happened to me several times making stages the best thing to do is make sure the stage begins at the origin and make sure your y axis is vertical and your x axis is horizontal.

I'd recommend using fragmotion and getting the x exporter plugin for sketchup, because I haven't had a single problem with collision since.
You'll also need it for this:
X exporter for sketchup pro Place ZbylsXExporter.rb in your plugins folder.
There is also a plugin for sketchup that will make texturing a whole lot easier: Remove materials
Fragmotion has an unlimited trial if you keep entering the words that appear on screen every time it expires, or you could pay $50 for it. Just Google Fragmotion and download.
In fragmotion you need to go to the transform tab at the top of the window, mirror all, z axis (it depends what angle you do the stage in sketchup, so it could be Y axis or X axis as well).
