I've noticed that no one seems to be able to make a stage where you start standing. So I decided to try it in LS5v2. It worked. I then decided to keep a record of the units and such. This will be updated when I find the other things not stated in the game's help files
Jump Height 10-25
Ideal Platform Height(from initial jump location) 7-22
Bounce Height 18-43
Ideal Platform Height (from bounce location) 15-40
Sonic's Hit Box Size x, y, z 5, 5, 5
Ideal distance of ground from spawn point 2.5
Spring Maximum Vertical Height Gain Spring 4, Spring 3, Spring, Spring 2 95, 141, 259, 503
Maximum Platform Height 92, 138, 256, 500
Maximum Render Distance 5500
