I'm trying to make a fun and extremelly entertaining engone for you. Today i just thought of implementing "Shop mode" and missions. since sonic trilogy, i'm 10 times better than before. just that... I want anybody to tell what they think about my engine, what should i fix, what should i add and all related to that stuff.

Well to be fair your engine reminds me too much of 3dssawnikku's sba engine and well not alot of people visit here anymore and if they do it's extremely rare, also we need new footage of your engine, since you've been gone for so long. I've been out a long time, true, but not because i'm tired of this website or cuz it's boring. it's cuz my pc just rarelly stopped working a morning and i had to wait a long time for receive my laptop from school. and yes, i'm sorry if i can't put photos here, don't even remember how to put an url here. but i'll try to keep updated this thread everyday if possible. unfortunatelly, i can't make videos cuz lag, but i can take photos and put'em here, i just do not remember how.

I'm sorry there's been much of inactivity, but doing stuff like cleaning coding isn't easy, besides I've been a bit out of Blitz3D and learning back... wtf ... I can't assure I'll fix that in 2 or more weeks, but I'll make 1 more video, and the next one will be the release. Help is welcome either, needing someone to make Sonic's animations so if anyone wants to help, PM, look for me on Skype: chaosshadic456, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc........................ |

It looks a bit like that one blitz sonic test engine that 3dsawnikku made once.
How did you get drifting and the devil particle system to work ? I got rails and a basic homing attack(which still fails a lot) to work.

I got rails and a basic homing attack(which still fails a lot) to work. I've been talking to 3DSawnikku, he's not anymore with SA3 or SBA, he's now with Sonic World. Anyways, I just used control mode locking the character to the camera, i don't remember right now, I haven't checked my codes long enough . Devil particles engine is relativelly easy to implement, I may make a tutorial on how to implement it. I'm happy to be back, but I think I'm gonna try porting SBR to Unity, I don't know, after watching Gistix's 06 port to Unity. Anyways, again, I'm gonna give info about SBR. The actual moves of Sonic now are Speed Thok (YESH NO MORE HOMING, but anyways if you thok near a monitor or enemy it'll enter homing attack.), Stomp, Spindash and Boost. I'm still improving the Menu , Ho Ho here we go SBR! |

I tried adding the day/night skybox to blitz sonic once, it was glitched and lagged the game, not sure how that was done in blitz sonic unleashed. |
