I need some help!

Hello guys now need some help on making a big sonic blitz game. The name of the game I am working on is Sonic Blitz Worldwide! Where sonic goes to Crisis City,Green Hill Zone, and much more! Now I don't want this to be just a normal sonic stage, I want this to be fun! With exploding towers for Crisis City. And for Green Hill Zone a really shiny and sunny day at Green Hill Zone. Now I want this kinda like sonic unleash instead! I don't want sonic turning into a were hog. Instead hes still is normal self but instead its dark time. So I want Crisis City Dark With the shiny moon glowing down and much more! And I would like Green Hill Zone The best at dark time. Now I want this engine a little diff from the rest of the engines. Lets say for instance there's a slope. Instead of sonic running down it I want him to slide down it!!!This may be asking to much but im willing to put in 100 percent!!! Please I need help.

there's no good way to do this expecting udk
u should use udk to make a HD game like sonic udk or sonic RTX
i don't know so much things about this program so i can't be so much helpfull
