Theultimateomega190 ripped the level, planned on porting it to bsh, I helped him a little bit and he gave this level to me. Should i make it larger possibly, also enemy and object placement is trying to stay true to sonic heroes. I'm also requesting a little bit of help: 1. the stage still needs a few other textures, but I have no idea how to lay them down. 2.I can't change the spot the character spawns in, I'd move the model, but I don't want to have to start all over (even though I may have to) As for grind rails...yah not happening, and if they do they'll be extremely cheap as I'm still learning how to make grind rails . Lag only occurs while recording. I WILL FINISH THIS, as I'm only placing objects down.

1- To place textures properly just make a material with a texture on it and UV map the part of the mesh you want to make it display. You can easily planar and cylindrical map the UV maps in 3DS Max or Maya. But since you use Sketch Up, I doubt that this would be the issue (since it automatically makes UV maps), unless of course, the model is from fragmotion. If that's the case, reply and I'll help you out...(If I'm on...I'm getting less and less time every day D:)
2- Can't you just change the character spawn coordinates in the XML? You can get them directly by placing a cube in the position you want the character to spawn in in a 3D program and get its XYZ coordinates. Of course, if your stage's scale is something other than 1 in the XML, this won't work :I

I have fragmotion which also has the uv mapping and I've tried to figure out how the heck to work it, but I'm so confused. 2. Yes, but then I have to move every last piece and I kinda don't want to have to go through that crap. Oh I didn't know I could place a cube where I want the character to spawn, well the probblem is by default the spawning area is 0,0,0 and in bsh and most blitz sonic engines I can't change it. No matter what? PS I didn't rip the stage myself I'm only adding the objects, and I've decided since I'm going off the original sonic heroes layout, I'll just wait for 3dsawnikuu to release the blitzsonic level editor, so I don't have to use the xml and it'd probably be released sooner.

Sorry for late reply. But just try 3DS Max or Maya on your laptop. You'll be surprised on what it runs on. You can get a free full version legally through their student licence: students.autodesk.com/If the newest versions don't work try an older one. Maya and 3DS Max 2011 are the best versions in my opinion for weak PCs and will work on just about anything. Also, about the "player" spawning coordinates, if the XML won't let you edit it then sadly there's no way around it
