I started a avast virus scan. It became very slow, and I got a suspicious file called "watch". It had no extension, so I deleted it. My PC is off right now. What is the problem? I'm using my phone.

See if it's a problem I had. Look for a process running in a temp folder by looking at the process's properties. If that, or any file like that is in a temp folder, and is slowing your computer, you gotta go get whatever adding it removed.

MalwareBytes somehow found EIGHT VIRUSES ON MY COMPUTER. Where did they come from? I dont go to mostly anywhere besides youtube, google, here, and some other things. also, avast while i had the virus kept saying that it detected viruses called "afe.specificclick.net"

You might want to use a rootkit removal tool if the problem persists.
When you're on ThePirateBay, make sure you have your fingers on the "close tab" keyboard shortcut at all times, in case something pops up.
I'll give you a link to a cool tool when I get home.
