This is the shortest and fastest way to level up sonic's hedgehog and wear hog stats to max without doing eggmanland. this is how:
Method 1.
If you have no adventure DLC packs, do adabat(Jungle Joyride) act 2 night. It takes like at most 10 mins and gets you 12 bars of exp.
Method 2.
If you do have adventure DLC packs, do the alternative act 1 of Apotos(Windmill Isle) act 1 night. It takes like less than 10 mins and you get 32-33 bars of exp which is more than what you get in eggmanland.
