for some reason when i rip from SADX and open in fragmotion my ripped model has holes... some of the faces are missing

You sure the faces aren't just flipped? Turn backfaces on and see if they're there, if so then flip whichever ones you need to.

oh yea that was the problem. do u know if there's any way to flip them all at once ? because every other backface is flipped
