Help with importing Generations animations...

I'm stuck on the decompiling the .hkx files for Modern Sonic.
I've got HKXcmd and also all the needed programs to import/export it, but I cannot manage to do it...

What commands would I need to use to do so?
(Using this to create animation edits on a model swap)
