It confuses me. I start it and it tells me to type the folder name but I found a doc in the same folder as the exe that says 'Use STAGEHUB as the stage name' or something along those lines. Help?

All you have to do is type in the name of the folder containing your stage.
For example, the test stage folder is just called Stage, so type that.

Ok I did that and the screen freezes. I jump and stuff and hear the sound affects, so..... what's up?

If this happens constantly, you need to update your video drivers. If this does not help, you need to upgrade your hardware, or buy a more powerful computer. A decent setup can be purchased for $600.
