Well even though this isn't relevant to Sonic in any way possible, I've been rather obsessive with the ending of MGS2 where you're in Arsenal Gear and you're talking to the Patriot AI.

This phrase has no particular or coherent meaning, as it is simply the product of a horribly scrambled AI which resembles Colonel.
