Did you know how to beat meat sonic in sky fortress act 1? See the cannonballs? Spin jump to counter and launch it back. I don't know if supersonic is only capable or if regular sonic can do it too. It also gives you an achievement/trophy if you succeed. (It kind of sounded like omachao there.)
