I added a Cheat Code Function.
Here are some codes that are in already.

GOTRINGZ = 999 Or Infinite Rings in the Ring Counter
BOOSH2WIN = Infinite Boosting
GOTTAGOFAST = Increases the speed of Boosting. (Warning:Using this For too long may cause harm.)
SONICJUMP = Increases the Jumping height. (Warning:May Cause black screen If used too much.)
FLYTAILSFLY = Infinite Flight For Tails. (Warning:You can get stuck in flying mode If you use this,I recommend you use the Debug Cheat To use it.)
SANIK = Unlocks Sonic If Locked.
MilesPerHour = Unlocks Tails If Locked.
GLIDE-N-PUNCH = Unlocks Knuckles If Locked.
ULTIMATELIFEFORM = Unlocks Shadow If Locked.
ITSNOUSE = Unlocks Silver If Locked.
FAKER = Unlocks Metal Sonic If Locked.
NOSOAPSNOSTYLE = Sonic has Soap Shoes.
MEDUSA = If you look at an Enemy Directly For more than 5 seconds, It will be destroyed. =)
SUPAHSANIC = Start as SuperSonic.
DEBUGDEBUGDEBUG = Turns on Debug Mode.
WTFHALO = Be Master Chief.(XD)
