Guys, I think I figured out what the main problem was on Sonic 3DBlitz.
It's Level Design, a lot of people didn't understand the physics of this engine and generally made games with too fast sonic, there was no serious game on this engine, I would like to close the era of Sonic 3DBlitz with a normal and good game.
