How can you reduce lag when making a stage for Blitzsonic? Does it depend on the engine used or a computer's performance?
I encountered massive lag especially when working with Wii or Gamecube models. Can someone help?

It also might depend on what program you use and your computer's performance.

It usually all comes down to upgrading your hardware. The Sonic Blitz engine is far from demanding of much resources, so I'm assuming you have a low-end setup if you're experiencing lag with any kind of imported mesh.

Alright, thanks. Mario Kart stage pack's going great, I'm at about 30 tracks so far.

I mainly use BSU for testing my stages. That and the fact that my computer's too slow for LS5 Engine 2...

Oh that engine, yah there's your problem, BSU can sometimes be a resource hog not as bad as bge anniversary but still. LS5E2 does use more resources, but performance should still be better than bsu. Try Super Blitz sonic advanced, it hardly uses anything as long as you play on low settings, Blitzsonic heroes despite how robust it is may or may not give good performance. Oh and is your graphics card intel, because lag and screwed up graphics seem to be a common thing for intel users. I have an ati card btw, so don't ask me.
