Okay, in the Blitz Emerald Coast rip (Im aware that most of you know this already, as the rip was released more than 2 years ago. This section is mainly for the newcomers.)
There is an "Infinite Line". This line manipulates itself as the camera moves around it.
My question is, Why? Why does it never have an end?

This seems like a trick question.
Lines go on forever.
Line Segments and Rays are ones that have an end point.

Have you tried to see if it is just vertices at the end?
Sometimes rips can have misplaced vertices when going through that process.
But when you say, "it never ends" I'm curious to just see if it is just a n outstretched vertice point

When Sonic or the camera go near it, it flickers, changes sizes, width, etc. |

I opened most of the part of the stage in fragmotion and I couldn't find it, that's really weird.

Well, if he gave it to everyone, it would be pointless wouldn't it?
People would then start constantly asking for updates and shit [not like they're not doing it already, but still]
Just be patient and thankful that he's even deciding to release the engine at all.
