select the main bone: "skeleton", select "skeletal anim widget" and click in "move".

moving the skeleton bone will fuck it up in the engine that's why they made the HIPS bone

no, and the model too. own experience. lol this only moves it withing the animation, rather then doing it that way. correct it by selecting all of the vertices and using the move mesh tool to move the model down

ok my model is on ground now. However some animations are very glitched up like if his falling you would see a frame where he goes up lots or sonic is in his"stand" animation it midair for a second, "springtofall"would go very far out or when in "jog2 run run2"you would see a frame where he glitches out. on all the animations on fragmotion it don't do that. Help

The only thing I can suggest is reanimating the model, or just placing them in better keyframes... other than that, I got nothing...
