I've come across someone who wants to know if they can run TF2, I'm not sure how to check to see if specs can run games,
here are there specs

The CPU is very slow, and since you didn't list a graphics card, I suppose it's internal, which is very low end. You could always give it a go though, as TF2 is free. Also, if it runs but very sow, try increasing the FPS by these forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1093560 tips.
