Havok Tools Errors.

Hello, I just downloaded the havok preview tool, over at www.havok.com/try-havok.

But when I try to run it I get this error.



Then after I click on "OK", I get this error.



I have no idea on what is causing these errors to pop-up.

Here is a video of me installing / trying to run this program.



Any help is greatly appreciated.
