Blitz3d generally doesn't care about your CPU. Every BlitzSonic edit would run on an Intel Pentium IV (Might run slow, but it will run (Actually, I doubt it'll run slow. Engine edits hardly use any more CPU than BlitzSonic unedited, and that ran fine on my Intel Pentium IV!)).
Your graphics card isn't enough, as it's quite old, integrated in your motherboard, and thus very low end. I'm sorry, but I can't do anything about that. You're pretty much screwed.

Have you tried running the game with, for example, 800x600 and not full screen?
I've gotten BSU to run on my 9-year-old computer, and it runs decently.

If I recall correctly, that doesn't do anything.

Ok, I'm not sure whether or not to post this here or in a new thread (I'm so spamming this place up with my idiocracy :L )
So a few questions:
1) How do I rip a N64 model and make it playable in LS5's Engine? (The game I want to rip is 'California Speed', those tracks seem fun)
2) How do I edit a character model?
3) How do I edit a stage model (Including texture changing)
4) In the BSUD3 folder, I have a blank text document named 'USE STAGEHUB FOR STAGE'.... what does that mean?
I'm terrible with electronics and well, I can't find any decent guide anywhere. (For Q1, I did find a guide to rip N64 models, but it wouldn't work for me)

Check the Models Resource for tips about ripping stuff.2. Find a model editing program, if you're doing stuff with Blitz Sonic, then anyone would tell you to use FragMotion. It's 50 dollars though, if you want to buy it legitimately. *Note: Nobody in this forum will post anything in public about getting illegal wares. Or at least they better not. 3. Can't answer, not a Stage Modeler, though you can use FragMotion Anyways. 4.That's just a Text document telling you what to do. Don't listen to it, and just type what name the folder is when you start up the BSU3 Application.

If you're in high school, you can get Autodesk products as a student.
