Then screw around with the settings and test a whole bunch, or post the specs of your computer and someone may be able to give advice.
And if I may post my honest opinion, I'm not sure if a free online recording program is able to compete with something like FRAPS, which it seems like what everyone else uses.

I dunno, you haven't even told us what you're using to record in the first place. um, derp? I use CamStudio 2.0 and I have terrible news! Someone has the download for Blitz Sonic Ultra Demo 1! I found it on youtube and the video is called: Blitz Sonic Ultra Demo 1 by BatuTheHeadgehog and in the description shows a valid link to the demo!  and to answer your question sonickfreek8, upgrade your pc, that's the only option. |

I agree with Eddie, I would not trust Camstudio or any free screen recorder. Fraps all of teh way.
