Hi, I would like to know where can I get the most up-to-date blitz sonic source code. I am asking this because I want to see what I can do with it. I am not a coder, so I may need some help. Thanks.

The most up-to-date official version is BlitzSonic 0.21, which is several years old because the official team that built the base engine is no longer working on it. However, LS5 (Arrow) and Damizean (one of the main coders of BlitzSonic) have updated the engine in BGE. The latest version of BGE I'm aware of is 7.1.
However, I would start first by installing Blitz3D, and learning the language a little bit before diving into the BlitzSonic engine. Id start by looking at a lot of the examples included in the installation, its how I learned it.

You'll have to ask LS5, I don't have the links to it, sorry.
