In Sonic 4 Ep I, The title screen and special stage was Sonic 1 based.
In S4 Ep II.....The title screen is Sonic 2.....So, does that mean.....S2 Special stages are returning too?

The design from a part of Casino Street Act 2 was based on Casino Night Zone Act 2.

It doesn't really surprise me... no doubt that in Sonic 4 Episode III if they make one, Knuckles will be in it...
