When I open .fbx's, the skeleton is huge. way out of proportion. perhaps its' just 3dx max fbx exports (udk doesnt like 3ds max, but it does like blender, which is why i assume they're different). can anyone test this and help out. open up a .fbx and post ur results (picture, text, idc)

FragMotion is not very good at opening filetypes related to 3DS Max, due to the many features 3DS has, such as modifiers. This is FragMotion's fault.
Try to collapse some modifiers in the stack.

If you're trying to do animations from frag to Max, it works but there's a method to making it textured and smoothed. If you want, I could tell you how. But if a rigged model from frag to Max is what you're after, I got this when importing my jog animation. If you convert the bones to dummies in the import window, they're small, but they work fine once you've selected them. Selecting can be difficut, but you could always add controllers or something.

I meant opening 3ds max .fbx exports in fragmotion 1.1.5.

I meant opening 3ds max .fbx exports in fragmotion 1.1.5. Have you tried it in Fragmotion 1.1.6 yet? Maybe 1.1.6 will solve the problem?

No problem, I don't know if the issue is fixed or not. And they have a forum ( www.fragmosoft.com/forum/) I would sign up there and report the issue, that is if the issue is not fixed in 1.1.6.

Unfortunately, 1.1.6 has the same issue.

Unfortunately, 1.1.6 has the same issue. Is what you are trying to open as a .fbx in fragmotion downloadable, if it is, I will try it out and post a pic of what it looks like. And I don't care if I have to open it in MAX then export it as a .fbx.
