I could record, I have a pretty good laptop and can manage BGE pretty well, getting 50fps on the test stage and an average of 27fps on Aloix12's Green Hill Ocean.

The video could also be in 1280x720 [720p]

I can also get more than 70fps average on both BSU Demo 2 and 3, though it drops slightly when recording, I could get a nice 40fps out of it all I think.
