Yeah it does XD. I think the reason he doesn't talk is because classics whole miming thing is a lot more loveable in the realm of cartoony characters

BTW: I think why Sonic doesn't talk is because they couldn't hire Rodger Craig Smith (Sonic's voice actor) to do the voices.
