Don't tell me you don't know about the dopesheet... Double click on the animation. There, you can see all the movement "Keyframes" Sonic has made. No need to animate every individual frame.

Just make important parts of the animation, like the farthest and closest points of the bones together. These should be a certain amount of frames away from each other to make it even. Fragmotion will automatically rotate and transalte the bones from one key frame to another. Then, you just need to add in more poses on frames to make it more detailed.

I was making one. But I gave up. Could you try to re-make it, please? easy way to animate is like say an arm moving from left to right of you have 20 ke frames go to the first and position the arm then skip straight to the last and re position the arm somewhere else then hit play and the arm will move from point a to b u dont have to do 20 u could have as many as you like and space out a good number because if you want it to move throughout the animation u could move it every ten spaces to get a nice smoth movement then after touch it up edit the hand position as it goes every 3 frames thats what i do hope this helped
