Hi, I have manged to open a Sonic model in 3ds max, I exported the model as a .obj (with some animations and the bones from fragmotion). So, how do I view the animations and bones in 3ds Max? And also, in 3ds max, why is sonic's shoes shiny. Thanks. Rig By: XxSuperShadicxX Attachments:

Don't know for the shoes, but the exportation may have deleted bone ?

Caps lock so you can pay attention.

Go find "SMDImport" for 3DS Max. It's one of the most reliable ones out there. Plus FragMotion also supports SMD formats. It's what I use for those TF2 Models.
But looking at yours, it seems like you don't have it... odd.

And can you give me a link to the SMD importer, I don't want to get the wrong one. Edit: When I export .SMD from FragMotion, what do I select, Mesh or Animation? s1182.photobucket.com/albums/x458/loopy1782/?action=view¤t=SMD.jpgAttachments:

Which is why I use 2011. I find it the most stable.

Read above 2 posts. This is why "latest" doesn't always mean "best". 2011, used the exact same importer.

I'm not familiar with Blender, so I couldn't tell you.
