I can't give many recommendations, due to the fact that I watch too many ecchi animes to give a decent decision for you.......
But anyway, try Seitokai no Ichizon or even Toradora, something around those lines.... or if you're into action-type animes try CubexCursedxCurious, or even Higurashi [if that can be called action]
Animes with alot of blood suit you? Elfen Lied, Higurashi, Dokuro-Chan and a few others may be fitting for you.
Or, if you're somewhat like me and your eyes pop out of your head at the slightest evidence of ecchi [not really] then I have a massive list.

Ecchi = Perverted stuff lol, something like Highschool of the Dead. Anyway, here is the sypnosis of Seitokai no Ichizon. The series revolves around a private high school whose student council is chosen entirely by popularity vote. Because of this, Ken Sugisaki is the only male representative, in the otherwise all bishoujo student council, that may enter the "sacred sanctuary" of the council's meeting room. At the behest of Council President Kurimu Sakurano (pictured at right), Sugisaki records the minutes of the council meetings, which devolve into daily conversations about the students' lives and interests. Genres: Comedy, Harem, Parody, School Life [has loads of references to other animes in there] [taken from animeultima.tv, my favourite website  ] If you want the sypnosis for all the ones I recommended, then it would have to be on PMs or something else, because posting all the sypnosis's would kinda be like spam c: |
