If I did, I'd keep them to myself for now to test on my own stuff.
But start with your name. "Arcus" which means Rainbow apparently. What's a rainbow?
Hmm, Spectrum, that's an interesting word. Sonic....Spectrum....
What's the defining trait of a rainbow? A whole buncha colors? Wisps would be a great way to go, but that gets gimmicky. Think of something else, like instead of wisps, maybe environments, maybe Sonic can split?
Think outside of the box, your team should be able to come up with stuff like this. Unless you want this to become "BlitzSonic Engine #X". Ya'll shouldn't be afraid of rejected ideas as well.

lol we could have some sort of area gimmick like enabling a rainbow in the sky or colour circles reflecting on screen something colourfull like a rainbow boost trail i dunno

Few updates: Improved physics Quicksteps Drifts are back Improved homing attack added sparks to the rings fixed a glitch in the dive sonic rotates when he hits a dashpad added RedStarRing / ramp added 3 other falls ( like bge : fall / fall forward / fall fast ( only needles and speed change ) / fall high ) fixed one of the 2 glitches in the 2D camera.
IMPORTANT: THE RELEASE DAY WILL BE THE 23th OF JUNE. IN SONIC BIRTHDAY. THIS DEMO MAY ALSO HAVE: -wisps - a new ability ( can't say what is this ability since we are still thinking of it ) - loooooooooots of objects and editable stuff - in-game objects placement...

of course. We'll try to add something never seen in a sonic game before. something that can be used in any game or engine.
and also: sonic will be able to preform a chaos control after getting the green emerald. ( this feature can incrase u'r speed / move u to another place ( like shadow always does ) ....)

2 things i really need to ask,did you use particles for ring spark or a mesh? cause i added ring spark too.And how did you get sonic to rotate cause i figured it out for enemies to face sonic.But cant get sonic to rotate when a dashpad is touched.

another update: Improved physics ( sonic can rotate like in LS52 ) Added a locker SPRITE ( unlike samcrocette and 3Dsawnikku engines that use 3D meshes ) Sonic does a homing attack on the nearest object ( thanks to eightbitdragon for the code ) Loading takes less time now.
