If you really want that for just BGE, then yes, it's fine. Will i be able to get a full 60 fps? and i know it depends on what stage i am playing.

Why don't u just do searches on the graphic's cards on your own, and see which has the best qualities, and which the people like best. Then choose the laptop with the best graphic's card. The same goes for the processor.

They are both equally important. They rely on each other. A good graphics card with a bad processor is pointless.
