Finished. Gonna animate the whole intro, you can change textures inside an animation right? Like, replace the diffuse with Auto-key on? If not, animating the mouths is gonna be a pain...

It's possible to animate textures in 3ds max, like changing the red color , to blue. But i don't know if it's possible to replace bitmaps with key-frames. What you can do is to animate the mouth , eyes, and stuff, on Adobe Flash and convert it to .avi. Max support videos as textures

Yeah, I found that out afterwards. I drew each frame, saved them and exported the, with correct timing in Vegas. I'll drop them in right at the end though, since nothing runs smoothly with .avi materials inside the program.

It's pretty good, but seriously tone down the shoe reflection, and make sure it's not on the 'belt'.

It was only on the belt of the shoe because when I regrouped the meshes, I accidentally regrouped the belt with the shoe.
