If you're doing a gameplay video MovieMaker is perfectly fine for snipping out parts.
But if you actually want to edit the video, or add special effects After Effects is there.

Seriously though, love the multiple uses of camera lock. And how did you make Sonic go all WHOOOOOAA at the end? I'm asking this especially because the audio clip followed Sonic.
