hey Guys. I downloaded a game yesturday ( Battle stadium D.O.N ) and I wanted to rip some models from one piece. the problem is that the game didn't work on pcsx2 ( problem in the iso ) so i can't use 3d ripper dx or something that's why i wanna ask u if u can help me to rip it from the ISO without having to run it. The files are : " . FPK / . IRX / . AFS / .DIR and . IMG " help me please I just don't know what to do  |

It should be easier to get the models through the Gamecube version. There are a lot of model ripping techniques for the Dolphin emulator. Much more than PCSX2. Though, if your going to the PS2 ripping method: - .FPK is used for Adobe JetForm FormFlow (Around since like 2002) Like an old PDF containing useless crap. "It's no use!" - .IRX Well, you have no hope of opening this kind of file at all. Trust me. It's a PS2 Dev only kind of file and probably doesn't hold the model. - .AFS Usually holds textures. Tools for it can be found here if you want to unpack it. forums.novelnews.net/showthread.php?t=8706- .DIR is a ps2 content directory. Your in luck, people managed to crack this. - .img THIS IS THE FILE YOUR LOOKING FOR! I believe you'll find the models in here. It's like a zip file. Also, if you still can't rip them, how big are the dir and img files? If their small, attach a zip containing them so I can take a try ripping them. |

well the problem is that the tools in that I found in the link u sent didn't want to open that img file.
and it's about 200 kb

Nah, I could do more if I had the full ISO. It's already downloading. Plus, I never go the chance to play the game.

dunno if u downloaded the same file as me but if u did the file isn't iso. it's .uif
you should use magicISO to convert it. the real problem is that it didn't work in pcsx2. it says : insert PS2 DVD or something."

That's your problem? Last I tested, ISO's are ideal for PCSX2.
