I did the same about a week ago. I was talked through the whole thing, so I can't recall exactly how I did it, but installing the ISO on a USB wasn't working properly for me either. I ended up putting commands into a cmd window (or something similar) and formatting the USB that way. I'll try and get in touch with the guy who helped me.

He says to boot it from a USB in your bios. It sounds like either your boot priorities are wrong, or you're trying to run the installer the wrong way. Restart your PC, mash F4 on your computer's manufacturer name until it gets to the bios place and try to set the priority of your USB device to high. Once that's done, restart again. The installer should hopefully run.
(Oh, and make sure all your files are backed up before installing Windows!!)

Its actually the iso.Because i put mine on my 8gb Mini SD.Its the iso that gives the NTLDR Error.

I used Win 7 Ultimate and I used Windows 7 USB DVD TOOL.

Alright, since I've tried the Windows 7 USB tool with multiple ISO's, it has to be the ISO's I'm using. do you know where you got your iso? if so message me the iso or something.
